Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging (including any branded boxes, sleeves, and inserts).
  • Perfumes/Fragrances: Due to hygiene and hazardous-materials regulations, opened or used fragrance bottles cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@purescentco.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. For faster resolution, include photos of the packaging and product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used fragrances (except if defective/damaged on arrival).
  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases (certain carriers restrict returns of these items).
  • Sale/clearance items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped and a tracking ID has been issued, it can no longer be canceled. You may still use our 30-day return policy after the package is delivered.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (If Applicable)

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging (unopened for fragrances) with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
